Chicken Cutlets Topped With Blue Cheese

  1. Take salt and sprinkle equal amounts over both sides of chicken breasts.
  2. Beat egg whites with water until they appear foamy.
  3. In a large bowl, add all the coating ingredients and mix well.
  4. Dip each side of chicken into the egg whites.
  5. Let excess drip off.
  6. Then dredge into the coating ingredients.
  7. Place prepared chicken on a plate and start your pan.
  8. Set up your deep sided frying pan.
  9. Heat pan over medium heat until pan gets hot.
  10. Add oil then butter and wait until butter melts to add chicken.
  11. Cook chicken about four- five minutes each side until a nice golden brown color.
  12. Once second side is done transfer to a plate and immediately sprinkle blue cheese onto each chicken breast.
  13. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
