Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe
- 12 ounce. fettuccine
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
- 3 green onions
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. frzn peas
- 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Fettuccine - cooked and liquid removed.
- Quarter mushrooms.
- Saute onions and mushrooms till tender in butter.
- Don't brown.
- Add in half and half; simmer.
- Add in peas, chicken, salt and pepper.
- Heat through.
- Pour over fettuccine and top with cheese.
