Coffee-Poached Eggs Benedict

  1. For each serving: Poach 2 eggs in 2 cups brewed coffee.
  2. Mix Bistro Sauce and half-and-half; cook until heated through.
  3. Top each English muffin half with 1 bacon slice, 1 egg and 4 tsp.
  4. Bistro Sauce mixture.
