SHAKE 'N BAKE Brussels Sprouts & Bacon
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- bacon drippings; mix with mustard.
- Place sprouts in large bowl.
- Add mustard mixture, then coating mix; toss to evenly coat.
- Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Spoon into serving dish; top with bacon.
