SHAKE 'N BAKE Brussels Sprouts & Bacon

• 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
• 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
• 2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
• 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

1. Heat oven to 425F.
2. Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp.
3. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
4. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
5. bacon drippings; mix with mustard.
6. Place sprouts in large bowl.
7. Add mustard mixture, then coating mix; toss to evenly coat.
8. Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
9. Bake 20 min.
10. or until golden brown.
11. Spoon into serving dish; top with bacon.
