Spiced Melon Cocktail

• 1 each honeydew melon cut in half, seeded
• 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 8 ounces crab meat flaked
• 8 each radicchio optional
• 1 slices lemon optional
• 1 x limes optional, slices
• 1 x mint leaves optional

1. Scoop melon in balls.
2. To make dressing, whip cream until soft peaks form.
3. Mix in mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.
4. Stir crabmeat into dressing.
5. Lightly mix in melon and toss ingredients gently until coated.
6. Arrange shredded radicchio, lemon and lime slices, and mint leaves.
