Szechuan Shredded Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Cut steak crosswise into thin slices, then cut each slice into thin strips.
  2. Place meat in medium bowl.
  3. Add garlic and crushed pepper; mix lightly.
  4. Mix next 4 ingredients.
  5. Heat 1 tsp.
  6. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  7. Add half the meat; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until meat is barely pink in center.
  9. Transfer to plate; set aside.
  10. Repeat with remaining oil and meat.
  11. Add carrots and celery to skillet; stir-fry 2 min.
  12. Return meat to skillet along with dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
  13. or until meat is done and sauce is slightly thickened.
  14. Stir in onions.
