Two Bite Pizza
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c. onions
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 cans flaky biscuits
- Mozzarella cheese
- Simmer sausage until half done.
- Add onions and cook until both are done.
- Drain.
- Add sharp and Parmesan cheeses, oregano, salt, tomato paste and sauce.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Take 12 biscuits from 1 can.
- Separate each biscuit into four layers. Place on cookie sheet.
- Add 1 teaspoon pizza mixture to top of each layer.
- Repeat on second can.
- Freeze on cookie sheet. Remove when frozen and store in plastic bag. When ready to serve, take from freezer and top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes.
