Chocolate Frosted Ice Cream Roll

  1. Grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Line pan with paper; grease paper and set pan aside.
  3. Sift first 4 ingredients together; set mixture aside.
  4. Beat egg whites (at room temperature) at high speed of an electric mixer until foamy.
  5. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; stir in flavorings.
  8. Fold yolk mixture into egg white mixture, then gently fold in flour mixture.
  9. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 12 minutes.
