Lemon-Herb Roasted Chicken

  1. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and herbs inside each chicken cavity.
  2. Rub outside with garlic, lemon and onion, then place them inside cavities.
  3. Place chickens in shallow roasting pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 1 1/4 hours until tender.
  5. Chicken leg should twist easily when done.
