Lose Weight the Healthy Way! Vegetable Smoothies
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Apple
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 Mandarine or other type of orange
- 1 to 3 plants or clusters Spinach (or komatsuna greens)
- 100 ml Water
- Peel and core the apple and slice 1 cm thick.
- Slice the banana 1 cm thick too.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, arrange in a single layer in a plastic bag, seal and freeze.
- Divide the mandarine orange into segments and cut up the spinach roughly.
- Put them with the frozen fruit and water in a blender, blend until smooth, and it's done.
- If you are a vegetable juice novice, try using milk or yogurt instead of the water, or add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, to make the smoothie easier to drink.
