Horseradish Cream Sauce

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup light cream
• 1/4 cup horseradish, prepared or fresh
• Green food coloring (optional)
• Pepper

1. In a small bowl stir together the sour cream, light cream, horseradish and pepper.
