20-Minute Chicken & Rice Stir-Fry
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 large red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1-3/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry 5 min.
- Stir in water and soy sauce.
- Bring to boil.
- Add rice and chicken; mix well.
- Cover; cook on low heat 5 min.
- or until rice is tender and chicken mixture is heated through.
