20-Minute Chicken & Rice Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetables; stir-fry 5 min.
  3. Stir in water and soy sauce.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Add rice and chicken; mix well.
  6. Cover; cook on low heat 5 min.
  7. or until rice is tender and chicken mixture is heated through.
