Garlicky Spaghetti
- 17 1/2 oz Spaghetti (Italian...even better)
- 1/3 cup Oil (Olive oil, the better)
- 1 cup Peas
- 4 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp Basil Leaves
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 4 tsp hot sauce
- Cook spaghetti separately
- On a separate skillet, warm oil and add garlic...keep stirring till garlic turns brown
- Add peas and keep stirring, add parsley and basil while stirring
- Remove from heat, add cooked spaghetti and mix well
- Serve hot with cheese (cheese and hot sauce is optional)
