Aloha Pineapple And Banana Recipe

• 10 x Pineapple rings in juice -- Liquid removed
• 10 slc Banana
• 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp. Cinnamon-sugar
• 4 x Egg whites
• 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 10 x Maraschino cherries

1. Arrange pineapple slices on greased baking sheet.
2. Place a banana slice in the center of each.
3. Sprinkle with lemon juice and 1/2 of the cinnamon-sugar.
4. Make meringue with egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar, and spread over each pineapple slice.
5. Sprinkle with r emaining cinnamon-sugar.
6. Bake 10 minutes.
7. at 400F until golden brown.
8. Garnish with cherries.
9. Serve hot or possibly cool.
