Pesto Turkey Burgers with Goat Cheese

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, Parmesan, pesto and pepper.
  3. Mix gently until combined and form into four patties.
  4. Put them onto the hot grill.
  5. Grill until cooked through, about 5 to 10 minutes per side depending on the thickness of your burger.
  6. Remove from grill to a plate.
  7. Serve burgers on a bun topped with goat cheese and a dollop of pesto.
