Pesto Turkey Burgers with Goat Cheese
- 1- 1/4 pound Ground Turkey (93% Lean)
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cups Pesto (store Bought Or Homemade)
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 4 whole Buns
- 4 ounces, weight Goat Cheese
- Pesto, As Desired For Topping Your Burger
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, Parmesan, pesto and pepper.
- Mix gently until combined and form into four patties.
- Put them onto the hot grill.
- Grill until cooked through, about 5 to 10 minutes per side depending on the thickness of your burger.
- Remove from grill to a plate.
- Serve burgers on a bun topped with goat cheese and a dollop of pesto.
