Carrot and Rice Pilaf Dehydrated Mix

  1. Put ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on high heat then cover and simmer on medium to low heat for 30 minutes; or until rice is tender and water has cooked off.
  3. Turn off heat and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Fluff and serve.
