6WBM Chicken Fajitas
- 1 lb chicken or 1 lb turkey breast, cut into narrow strips
- 3 green bell peppers or 3 yellow bell peppers or 3 red bell peppers, sliced in thin strips
- 2 sweet onions, cut in half then sliced into narrow 1/2 in rings
- 1 cup no salt added salsa
- 12 cup no-salt-added chicken broth
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Heat a large frying pan or wok with chicken broth over medium-high heat.
- Ad chicken or turkey and cook until brown.
- Add peppers, onions and garlic and stir fry until veggies begin to soften.
- Add salsa and black pepper, cook until liquid is gone and veggies are tender crisp.
