Veal/Chicken Marsala Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. veal/chicken and dust with flour.
  3. Heat butter and oil, add in veal/chicken and saute/fry till light brown.
  4. Add in chicken stock, mushrooms and wine.
  5. Cook 5 min.
  6. Serve with buttered noodles or possibly regular spaghetti.
