Crispy & Delicious Meat-Wrapped Lotus Root
- 100 grams Lotus root
- 50 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 Plain flour
- Cut the lotus root into 5 mm thick slices, then cut each slice in half.
- Wrap a slice of pork belly around each slice of lotus root and coat it in flour.
- In a frying pan, cook both sides of the meat-wrapped lotus root with a little oil until browned.
