Uncooked Blueberry Pie Recipe
- 4 c. blueberries
- 1 c. water
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. flour or possibly cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 baked pie shell
- Pour 2 c. of uncooked blueberries in pie shell.
- Combine remaining 2 c. of blueberries, water, salt, and flour in a pan; bring to a boil and cook till semi-thick, then add in butter.
- Let cold for 10 min.
- Pour over uncooked berries in pie shell; place in refrigerator.
- Serve with whipped cream.
