Five Spice Chicken

  1. Cook potatoes in large pot boiling wter 15 minutes, until almost tender.
  2. Add beans; cook 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain; tranfer to large bowl.
  4. Add tomato, 1 tablespoon oil, oregano, 3/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  5. Heat broiler.
  6. Coat broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  7. Mix five-spice pwder, 2 teaspoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt in small bowl.
  8. Rub mixture over chicken.
  9. Place chicken on prepared rack.
  10. Broil 4 inches from heat 6 minutes, turning once.
  11. Serve immediately.
