Artichokes With Mustard Sauce Recipe

  1. Cut off top 1/4 of the artichokes.
  2. Fill a large pot 3/4 full with hot water.
  3. Add in garlic, vinegar,oil and artichokes.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat for 45 min.
  5. Turn artichokes upside down on paper towels till liquid removed and cool.
  6. When cool, pull out center leaves, spoon out core.
  7. Cut lemon in half, taking out lemon pulp.
  8. Mix together sauce ingredients and spoon into hollowed out lemon halves.
  9. Push lemon halves into the top of hollowed out artichokes.
  10. Tear off artichoke leaves, dip in sauce and enjoy.
