6 Can Spicy Soup - Day Ahead Recipe

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in large soup pot, drain any fat from cooked beef and place back in pot.
  2. Add water, minestrone soup, Rotel, pinto beans, and corn to pot.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
  5. Turn off burner and let sit for 1 hour to cool, place pot directly into refridgerator and cool for at least 2 hours to let flavors come together (preferably overnight.)
  6. Reheat, serve, and enjoy!
