Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
  2. Cook them together in a large pot of water (with a little salt added) until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add VELVEETA and milk, stirring until VELVEETA is melted.
  5. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350F about 30 minutes or until light brown.
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
