Carrot & Zucchini Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Stir in vegetables.
  4. Whisk egg, milk and Miracle Whip until well blended.
  5. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  6. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  7. Stir in trail mix.
  8. Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  9. Bake 20 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
