Old Country Chicken Burgers

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Barbecue with the lid up, over medium heat for 7-9 minutes per side or until pink colour disappears.
  4. Serve on dark rye or pumpernickel bread or bagels.
  5. Top with sauerkraut and more Muenster cheese.
