Harvest Apple Cinnamon Tart

  1. In a bowl, mix together the white and brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, pecans and apples.
  2. Roll out pie crust on a pizza pan, or baking sheet.
  3. Spread jam on the pie crust.
  4. Lay your apple mixture on the pie crust, leaving about an inch from the edges.
  5. You can sprinkle more cinnamon on if you like, then fold up the edges of the pie crust.
  6. Lightly baste the edges of crust with melted butter.
  7. Bake at 400AF for about 35-40 min or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 10 min after removing from oven.
  9. Drizzle with caramel sauce and Dusting of powder sugar.
  10. Move to cooling rack to cool completely.
