Spicy Egg And Chinese Sausage Fried Rice
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp refer to LG SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL)
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 slice thinly slice chinese sausage
- 2 cup cooked rice
- FOR LG SPICY SAUCE ( SAMBAL SAUCE ) PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW
- STEAM SAUSAGE
- steam chinese sausage for 15 minute then add light soy sauce and steam another 15 minute
- SPICY EGGS
- in pan with oil brown onion then add eggs
- once eggs set add spicy sauce (sambal)
- BAKE RICE
- pour cooked spicy eggs and sausage onto cooked rice in preasure cooeker and bake for another 5 minute
- OPTIONAL SPICY EGGS SERVE AS IT IS
