Tommy's Port Wine Mushroom Sauce

• 14 cup port wine
• 1 cup beef stock or 1 cup veal stock
• 12 cup mushroom, sliced

1. In saucepan over medium heat, mix all ingredients and cook until reduced by half.
2. Spoon over pork medallions and serve hot.
