Peachy Chicken With Orzo

  1. Drain the peaches.
  2. Reserve the liquid.
  3. In a large skillet, bring the wine to a boil.
  4. Add in the chicken and brown.
  5. Stir in the onion and bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add in the reserved peach liquid, orzo (or rice), water, oil, and seasonings.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cover and reduce heat.
  9. Allow to simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until orzo is cooked.
  10. Stir in the peaches.
  11. Heat through.
  12. Adjust seasonings and serve.
