Peach Of A Pecan Pie Recipe
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. peach preserves
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell
- Beat Large eggs and brown sugar together.
- Add in peach preserves and beat till blended, cutting any large pcs of fruit.
- Stir in pecans and melted butter.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min (till center is set).
- This is also good with apricot preserves.
