Peach Of A Pecan Pie Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs and brown sugar together.
  2. Add in peach preserves and beat till blended, cutting any large pcs of fruit.
  3. Stir in pecans and melted butter.
  4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min (till center is set).
  5. This is also good with apricot preserves.
