Sauerkraut Pork Stew Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  3. In Dutch oven, layer half the chops, top with half sauerkraut, half onions and half apples.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Pour wine over mix.
  6. Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for 3 1/2 hrs.
