Sauerkraut Pork Stew Recipe
- 6 boneless center cut pork chops
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 3 to 4 apples, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 c. white wine
- Salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
- In Dutch oven, layer half the chops, top with half sauerkraut, half onions and half apples.
- Repeat.
- Pour wine over mix.
- Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for 3 1/2 hrs.
