Good-For-You Granola Bars
- 12 cup honey
- 1 cup natural-style peanut butter, unsalted
- 14 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 12 cups flax seed meal
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 14-12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 cup flaked coconut
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup chopped almonds
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine honey, peanut butter, oil, vanilla, and egg in large bowl and mix well.
- Add flaxseed meal, cinnamon, salt and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix till it is all combined.
- Press into a 13x9-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (or line the pan with foil and spray the foil).
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the edges are beginning to brown.
- Let cool completely, transfer to cutting board and cut into bars.
