Golden Waldorf Coleslaw Salad Recipe
- 2 golden brown delicious apples
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2/3 c. minced walnuts
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- Dash of salt
- Wash, pare and core apples.
- Cut into 1/2 inch chunks.
- Toss with lemon juice, cabbage, celery, and nuts.
- Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, sugar, and toss with apple mix.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Can serve immediately or possibly cover and chill.
- 6-8 servings.
