Golden Waldorf Coleslaw Salad Recipe

  1. Wash, pare and core apples.
  2. Cut into 1/2 inch chunks.
  3. Toss with lemon juice, cabbage, celery, and nuts.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, sugar, and toss with apple mix.
  5. Season to taste with salt.
  6. Can serve immediately or possibly cover and chill.
  7. 6-8 servings.
