Smoked Chicken, Brie and Mango Salad
- 300 g smoked chicken, sliced
- 125 g kraft* brie cheese, cut into wedges
- 100 g mixed lettuce leaves
- 12 cup roasted cashew nuts
- 12 red capsicum, sliced
- 425 g mangoes in syrup, drained
- 14 cup kraft* classic mayonnaise
- 14 cup milk
- Combine all salad ingredients and arrange on a serving plate.
- Puree mango in a food processor.
- Add mayonnaise and milk and pulse until combined.
- Stir in mint and season to taste.
- Drizzle mango dressing over salad.
- Serve.
