Beefy Enchiladas Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef, brown and drain
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 can sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 10 ounce. can warm enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. sm. flour tortillas
- Combine meat, 1/2 c. cheese, olives and onion; set aside.
- Combine soups and enchilada sauce.
- Spread meat mix on tortilla.
- Roll up and place in 9 x 13 inch sprayed baking dish.
- Pour sauce over top and top with remaining 1 c. shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
