Cumin Creme Fraiche

• 8 ounces creme fraiche
• 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, toasted and ground
• Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
• Kosher salt

1. Combine the creme fraiche, cumin, zest, and juice ina bowl and stir to blend.
2. Add salt to taste.
