Easy Reuben Sandwiches
- 1 cup CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut, squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing, divided
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 8 slices rye bread, toasted
- 6 oz. thinly sliced deli corned beef
- 4 KRAFT Extra Thin Swiss Cheese Slices
- Heat broiler.
- Combine sauerkraut, 1/4 cup dressing and caraway seed.
- Spread remaining dressing onto 4 of the toast slices; top with corned beef, sauerkraut mixture and cheese.
- Place on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese begins to melt.
- Cover sandwiches with remaining toast slices.
