Homemade Tempura Batter
- 1 the amounts in are when you need just 1 dash bit for your bento
- 1 cup - 200 ml 1/4 cup - 50 ml Cake flour
- 2 tbsp 1/2 tablespoon Katakuriko
- 2 pinch 1 dash Salt
- 150 ml 2 1/2 tablespoons Water
- 35 ml 1 1/2 teaspoons Vinegar
- 1 Cake flour
- 1 Oil for deep-frying
- Put the ingredients in a bowl, and mix with a whisk.
- Combine the ingredients too.
- Pour the ingredients into the bowl with the ingredients, and mix together lightly.
- You can stop while it's still floury!
- Dust the ingredients you are frying lightly with cake flour.
- Dip in the batter, and fry in oil.
