Homemade Tempura Batter

  1. Put the ingredients in a bowl, and mix with a whisk.
  2. Combine the ingredients too.
  3. Pour the ingredients into the bowl with the ingredients, and mix together lightly.
  4. You can stop while it's still floury!
  5. Dust the ingredients you are frying lightly with cake flour.
  6. Dip in the batter, and fry in oil.
