Watermelon Salsa
- 4 cups Watermelon, Seeded And Coarsely Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Onion, Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Water Chestnuts, Chopped
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- For extra heat, add more jalapeno.
