Zucchini-Tomato Egg Skillet

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add zucchini and tomatoes; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until zucchini is crisp-tender and tomatoes are softened.
  4. Use back of spoon to make 2 small wells in vegetable mixture.
  5. Slip cracked egg into each well; cover.
  6. Cook 3 to 4 min.
  7. or until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
  8. Top with cheese and basil.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Let stand, covered, 1 min.
