Tomato Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1/2 pound macaroni
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. French dressing
- 4 lg. tomatoes, cut in wedges
- Cook macaroni in salted water.
- Drain, rinse and cold.
- Combine all ingredients except tomatoes, with cooled macaroni and chill.
- Then add in tomatoes.
- Serves 8.
