Cherry Cornbread Stuffing
- 3 cups dried cubed herb seasoned stuffing
- 2 cups crumbled cornbread
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dried cherries or sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 2 ribs (1 cup) celery, sliced
- 1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all stuffing ingredients in bowl.
- Place stuffing into ungreased 2-quart baking dish; cover.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover; bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top and temperature in middle reaches 165F.
