Watermelon Salad

  1. in a sauce pan sprinkle gelatin over watermelon juice & let stand for 5 mins.
  2. cook & stir til dissolved .
  3. stir in grape juice & lemon peel
  4. add half the watermelon juice to the 2 qt square baking dish .. add fruit & cover .
  5. frig it for 1 1/2hrs
  6. once kinda firm add remaining juice .. (you keep other half @ room temp).
  7. then frig all ..cover .. serve 5 hrs later for best results
  8. cut into squares & add feta cheese on top& serve.
