Cheese and Garlic Buttered Potatoes
- 2 potato
- 2 soy sauce
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch powdered parmesan cheese
- Peel the potato and chop into 2cm cubes, then soak in a water for a few minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and put them into microwavable container covered lightly with a lid (or cover with a plate).
- Heat for about 3 min or until potatoes are soft (if unsure check by inserting a chopstick or fork)
- Once cooked, add the soy sauce, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cheese, and mix gently but well.
- You can eat immediately or it's also good baked in an oven-toaster.
- Add the cheese to potatoes before baking (use oven proof dish.)
