Picnic Spaghetti Salad Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, to taste
- 2 garlic buds, minced fine
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 8 ounce. Italian dressing, regular or possibly fat free
- 2 ribs celery, minced fine
- 1 bunch green onions, minced fine
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- Mix together and store covered overnight, or possibly longer.
