Mini Memphis-Style BBQ Burgers

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat and onions just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Grill 3 min.
  4. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping with Singles halves for the last minute.
  5. Fill buns with cheeseburgers and remaining ingredients.
