Ham Egg Omelet Recipe
- 1 pound ham or possibly Spam
- 1/2 pound Old English cheese
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Mix together ham or possibly Spam, cheese and cubed bread.
- Beat Large eggs with lowfat milk and dry mustard and pour over bread mix and mix together.
- Pour melted butter over top.
- Let set overnight.
- Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
