Round Steak Roll Recipe
- 1 3/4 to 2 lbs. round steak (trim fat off)
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1 1/2 c. water.
- Spread stuffing on round steak.
- Roll up and fasten with skewers or possibly tie with string.
- Put in small roaster and spoon undiluted soup over top of roll.
- Cover roaster tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
- Slice to serve.
- Makes 5 to 6 servings.
