Round Steak Roll Recipe

  1. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1 1/2 c. water.
  2. Spread stuffing on round steak.
  3. Roll up and fasten with skewers or possibly tie with string.
  4. Put in small roaster and spoon undiluted soup over top of roll.
  5. Cover roaster tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
  7. Slice to serve.
  8. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
