Alsatian Topper

  1. Saute onion in oil in large skillet on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until caramelized.
  2. Add bacon and mustard; mix well.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cook until cheese is completely melted and well blended.
